Founding Team
Atilla Baybara
Founder & CEO
While still in high school, he developed some of the first mobile applications of the era. His company wap3 Technologies received global investment, and Motorola honored him as "the world's youngest mobile internet developer."
A Visual Communication Design graduate from Yeditepe University. In 2006, he founded Harikalar, bringing together advertising, technology and user experience. Though not an engineer, his ability to think like one became his superpower. He pioneered many firsts in experience design and AI in Turkey, taking this vision global with Activation King in 2024.
Creativity for him lives beyond digital — he competes in rally-raid races with a car he built in his own garage — 2023 Turkey Baja Champion. Married and father to a daughter, for Atilla life means transforming technology into experiences that touch people's lives, and above all, leaving a world that inspires his daughter.
